Sharon Bach
Sharon Bach has been working with horses for
the last 15 years. She has competed in English,
Western, and horse judging. She attended
Cazenovia College in New York, where she majored
in Equine Studies and holds an Associate Degree
in Horsemanship. She is a CHA certified
instructor in English and Western riding.
Margot Cullen
Margot Cullen has been instrumental in
the success of the summer riding program for the
past 6 years. Having grown up on the farm she is
knowledgeble about all aspects of horse care and
stable management. She was active in the 4H
program and has competed successfully both in
horse science and in rding and has competed at
local, state and national levels in saddle seat,
hunt seat and western.
She holds a B.S. from SUNY Oneonta and
was 2004 Youth of the Year at the Northeast
Regional Morgan Show.
Carla Adinaro
Carla Adinaro has recently
joined our staff bringing many years of
experience as a horse woman with her. Carla has
taught, trained and competed in several
disciplines including dressage, hunt seat and
foxhunting. She has operated her own breeding
farm and raised horses that won at Devon,
Upperville and Warrenton. In the 1960's she
trained at the ADI (American Dressage Institute)
in Saratoga and has continued her education with
such notables as Lendon Gray, Debbie Bowman,
Emily Gershberg, John Craven, Lockie Richards and
Mari Straz.
Carla is certified with the ARICP to teach
through Second level. She holds a BS in Biology
and a BA in History from Mt. Saint Mary's College
and has taken the Teaching Horsemanship course
through Pace University.
Barn Manager - Ann Lefferts
Our barn manager Ann Lefferts
has been with us for the past 6 years, and brings
many years experience to the job. She has been a
professional groom and excercise rider for
hunters, jumpers and fox hunters. She has a
strong driving background and has competed in ADS
events. Ann holds a Parelli Level I and is
working on her Level II certification.
